Devils Lake, ND – Western Equipment Finance transitions from a subsidiary to a division of Western State Bank effective January 1, 2022. The finance company will continue to operate as a leader in the equipment finance sector with its current tradename of Western Equipment Finance, existing ownership, and outstanding team.
As we move forward, our legal name will be listed as Western Equipment Finance, a division of Western State Bank.
