Private Label Programs
Western Equipment Finance has a long history of providing private label finance programs. This program is designed for the vendor/manufacturer who wish to present themselves as having their own finance/leasing company. This program is available to those vendor/manufacturers that consistently produce high volume finance opportunities. Western will handle all of the administrative duties, funding and servicing all in the name of the vendor/manufacturer.

Pass Thru Billing Programs
Western Equipment Finance has a long history of providing pass thru billing finance programs. This program is designed for the vendor/manufacturer who wish to include the billing of service contracts with the customers monthly payment. Western will remit collected funds back to the vendor/manufacturer on a monthly basis. This program allows the vendor/manufacturer to eliminate the billing expenses and sell longer term service contracts.

Co-Branded Programs
Western Equipment Finance has a long history of providing co-branded finance programs. This program is designed for the vendor/manufacturer that would like to be recognized in the form of branding from the application through the funding process. Billing and collecting will be in the name of Western Equipment Finance.

Subsidized Programs
Western Equipment Finance has a long history of providing subsidized finance programs. This program is designed for the vendor/manufacturer that would like to offer special promotional rates to end users to help gain market share or competing with current competition. This is done by the vendor/manufacturer willing to subsidize a portion of the equipment cost to help buy down the interest rate, at times as low as 0%.

Referral Programs
Western Equipment Finance has a long history of providing referral programs. This program is designed for the vendor/manufacturer that would like to limit their participation in the financing. The vendor/manufacturer would simply forward leads and referrals to their dedicated Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager would work directly with the customer to obtain financing.

Finance Products

Equipment Finance Agreement or $1 Buyout Lease The Equipment Finance Agreement and $1 Buyout Lease options are structured with the equipment financed being amortized over the full term of the loan at a fixed rate. The customer retains the ownership of the equipment.

Lease Stated Purchase Option The Lease Stated Purchase is structured with a set lease term. At the end of the lease term, the Lessee has the option to purchase the equipment for a predetermined price. Western Equipment Finance retains the ownership of the equipment.

Lease Purchase Upon Termination (PUT) The Lease Purchase Upon Termination is structured with a set lease term. At the end of the lease term, the Lessee is required to purchase the equipment for the predetermined price. The customer retains the ownership of the equipment.

Fair Market Value Lease A Fair Market Value lease is structured with a set lease term. At the end of the lease term, the customer has the option to continue to lease the equipment, return the equipment or purchase the equipment for the present Fair Market Value. Western Equipment Finance retains the ownership of the equipment.

Rental Agreement The Rental Agreement is structured with a set term. At the end of the term, the Renter has the option to continue to rent the equipment on a monthly or annual basis or return the equipment. Western Equipment Finance retains the ownership of the equipment.

Project Financing Agreement The Project Financing Agreement gives you the ability to pay deposits and partial payments to vendors and or contractor while under construction. Pay interest only on the amounts dispersed on a month to month basis until the project is complete. The customer retains the ownership of the equipment.
