Chad Palmer Elected to ELFA Business Council Steering Committees
Devils Lake, N.D. – Chad Palmer, president of Western Equipment Finance, has been elected to the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) Business Council Steering Committees. Members will serve on multiple committees throughout 2024 and provide direction for the association, act as a bridge between ELFA members and the board of directors, assess trends, provide insight into the industry, and listen to members' needs.
Palmer will serve on the small-ticket business council steering committee, which encompasses financial services organizations that focus on transactions under $250,000. He brings over 25 years of equipment finance experience to the committee.
