The Equipment Finance Agreement and $1 Buyout Lease options are structured with the equipment financed being amortized over the full term of the loan at a fixed rate. The customer retains the ownership of the equipment.

The Lease Stated Purchase Option is structured with a set lease term. At the end of the lease term, the Lessee has the option to purchase the equipment for a predetermined price. Western Equipment Finance retains the ownership of the equipment.

The Lease Purchase Upon Termination is structured with a set lease term. At the end of the lease term, the Lessee is required to purchase the equipment for the predetermined price. The customer retains the ownership of the equipment.

A Fair Market Value lease is structured with a set lease term. At the end of the lease term, the customer has the option to continue to lease the equipment, return the equipment or purchase the equipment for the present Fair Market Value. Western Equipment Finance retains the ownership of the equipment.

The Rental Agreement is structured with a set term. At the end of the term, the Renter has the option to continue to rent the equipment on a monthly or annual basis or return the equipment. Western Equipment Finance retains the ownership of the equipment.

The Project Financing Agreement gives you the ability to pay deposits and partial payments to vendors and/or contractor while under construction. Pay interest only on the amounts dispersed on a month to month basis until the project is complete. The customer retains the ownership of the equipment.
