Kris Darby joined Western Equipment Finance in 2009. She provides company-wide leadership and efficiently manages risk, operations, and capital markets while serving as the central point for process management. Kris leads and manages the operational performance of the organization.
She brings over 18 years of experience to Western Equipment Finance, having held various roles in administration, compliance, and operations management. Kris is actively involved with the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association and has served as Chairperson of the Small Ticket Business Council Steering Committee.
Kris received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
