Vice President / Collections and Customer Care
Jackie Kirk joined Western Equipment Finance in 2022. She manages the Collections and Asset Management team. In this role, her responsibilities include overseeing delinquency resolutions, loss mitigation, workouts, valuations and our inventoried equipment.
Jackie brings over 19 years of experience in collections and customer management. Her expertise has helped shape Western’s strong reputation as a trusted and responsive financing partner. She supports industry progress through ELFA’s Credit and Collections Conference Committee.
She holds a degree from Brown College and was recognized among the top 3% of employees for exceptional impact. Outside of work, she enjoys running and attending live sporting events with her family.
