Vice President / Business Relationship Manager
Hans Zahrbock joined Western Equipment Finance in 2020 and brings over 25 years of experience in equipment financing. He provides leadership to both the Internal Sales Team and select members of the External Sales Team. In addition, he is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching with a focus on business development.
Hans’s deep industry knowledge and energetic leadership have been instrumental in supporting Western’s continued growth, while his fun and humorous personality shines through Inspiration Tuesday, a monthly initiative he leads to spark motivation and share uplifting messages with the team.
Hans is actively involved in the community and serves on several local boards in Marshall, MN. He earned his degree in Sales and Marketing from M State in Moorhead, MN. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, spending time at the lake, and making memories with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
