Chad Palmer
President
Chad Palmer joined Western Equipment Finance in 1998 and was named President in 2023. He plays a key role in driving the company’s strategic direction while leading efforts to grow and strengthen relationships with equipment vendors, franchisors, and customers nationwide. With over 25 years of experience in equipment finance, Chad has been instrumental in shaping Western’s reputation as a trusted, responsive and relationship-driven financing partner. His leadership has helped expand Western’s reach across diverse industries, while maintaining the company’s commitment to personalized support, streamlined processes, and a true partnership approach.
In addition to his role at Western, Chad serves as President of the Creel Bay Golf Course Foundation and Treasurer of the North Dakota Friends of Deaf Children Foundation. He holds degrees in Business Management and Finance from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota.
